General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • After updating MAMP... how can I restore my old databases and websites located in htdocs

I´ve had to re-installed my MAMP local server (on MAcOX) because it was outdated and I wasn´t able to work with my old version.
Before I did a copy of my whole folder MAMP, including the htdocs folder with all my local websites. And my db folder with the databases of all these websites.
So,in my new updated MAMP folder I´ve copied my old htdocs and my old databses in db folder....but I can´t see my databases in "http://localhost:8888/phpMyAdmin5/" (it´s running but I just see the default databases) and my old local website url´s are not working, of course. For example "http://localhost:8888/nueva-montepino/a ... /index.php".

Any help with that please?. How could I restore my old work in localhost with MAMP?.

Many thanks in advance!
