Installation Joomla! 5.x • The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

Hi everybody, thanks in advance about your help.

I tried to upgrade my joomla to the last version: 5.2.0. Before to do that I upgraded all my components...
I using PHP 8.1 and I also changed to 8.3 but nothing changed.

The web site is on a subdomain (I tested on my subdomain because I have the same problem on the original site).
The original site with akeba backup I retourned to the last version. And I don't want to try again to upgrade untill I find the problem

So on my sub domain both links don't work (site and administrator).
www.hotel.around-naples.com
www.hotel.around-naples.com/ administrator

Any Idea to help me?
