That's one way. I found a bit more about CM360 which looks like their existing campaign manager with some changes. One thing I like about the Joomla native banner manager is that the banners/ads are hosted locally. In my experience they don't get blocked by adblockers whereas the links to outside admanagers do.Perhaps paste their banner code in a custom module?
In any event, CM360 can provide links, tags, pixels that can, as far as I can tell, be used anywhere in the site, including in the banner manager.
