Hostinger were probably right, it was your site.

65536 Bytes = 0.065536 MB (in decimal)
65536 Bytes = 0.0625 MB (in binary)

2147483648 Bytes = 2147.483648 MB (in decimal)
2147483648 Bytes = 2048 MB (in binary)

2147483648 is 2048M which is what your memory limit is apparently set to however Joomla's trying to use an additional 65536 (0.0625M) more than your memory limit allows.

I don't know why.

I'd advise you to update J4 to the latest release -- you're three updates behind, the latest is 4.4.9.
