I have the same on two sites that I run, which are on two physically different servers. Also found the same issue on a Vanilla J4 + ES test installation that I just made.
I note that even when editing or copying the Page / Events / Group workflows, that if you try and save them, it gives the following error...
"Error Saving Form
All mandatory fields are required. Please check and make sure that all mandatory fields has been added to the profile."
If you view the mandatory fields it basically shows all of them regardless of whether they are relevant or not.
Unsure why this is happening at this stage, but would like to figure it out.
