this is the file that calls Ligthouse (…css/joomla-alert.min.css?0.2.0)

The one seen in the source code is this
<link href="/media/vendor/joomla-custom-elements/css/joomla-alert.min.css?0.2.0" rel="stylesheet" />
which is already found automatically within a tag.

now Google tells me that this file is missing the disabled or media attribute, I don't know how to add this attribute.

Please, I would be grateful if you could tell me how to add it without the usual optimization programs already mentioned.
