NOPE no such luck. There is nothing showing up in the Joomla or system logs either.I suggest turning on error reporting. Perhaps you'll get a stack trace leading to the problem.
While working on this I just realized that upon the initial login that instead of the normal control panel this is displayed...I am still bewildered...
