Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Re: upgrading to joomla 4, errors 0 Class 'Joomla\Console\Application' not found

I tried again to run the upgrade and recived the following error
0 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin()
(before i ran the upgrade there was a warning about a temp php file not being set
