Thank you AMurray. I accept that answer and had no idea the page name was selectable inside plugins. I kind of like seeing the article partially named. This helps me realize at a glance if I've already seen a page before choosing on Prev or Next. Done deal.I think J5 has changed it so instead of the the tooltip bubbles you can change the button text to the actual article name rather than "Next" and "Previous".
I can't see any "tooltip bubble" option in either the article, or menu options concerning navigation nor in the navigation content plugin but there is an option to show either Previous / Next or the Article title on the navigation buttons (as illustrated below).
In the plugin option: change as shown:

The setting "Title of the Article" gives you the navigation button like:

That's all I've found in one of my J5 sites.
