There is nothing in the Joomla core that prevents right mouse clicks. Maybe your user has set this through the browser itself which can be done. It would be a conscious action, not something done accidentally.
But it seems strange one can't access Bitwarden without right-clicking. If it works the way other password managers do then your user should have access to the browser plugin.
However, I don't see how this affects the registration process in Joomla, because when you enter details such as login/password in the joomla form when hitting submit, I would assume BitWarden (like any password manager) would prompt the question about saving the detail into that password managers database.
