Kunena 6.2.3 should be installable on J4 and J5. Kunena 5.2.4 requires J3.10 and earlier.
The usual process for incompatible extensions is to uninstall or unpublish (disable) them, then migrate to J4.x/5.x then install the updated extension versions.
